Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to teach at the secondary level. A valid TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Two years of teaching experience in Physical Education or a related subject is essential. Experience in designing curriculum-aligned activities and managing student participation in sports events is highly valued.
Teaching Approach
Develop innovative lesson plans that blend traditional sports with modern fitness trends, ensuring inclusivity for students of all abilities. Encourage participation through motivational techniques and positive reinforcement. Maintain a strong connection with parents by sharing progress reports and activity highlights.
Work Environment
