Develop supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, visual aids, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and participate in school‑wide academic initiatives.
Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student performance logs in compliance with school policies.
Support classroom management, encouraging a positive learning environment and promoting student engagement.
Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences as required.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for teaching roles; TET/CTET qualifications are not mandatory but advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes in mathematics.
Salary and Employment Type
Full‑time position with a monthly salary range of Rs.14,000 – Rs.22,000.
