Planning and Curriculum
Collaborate with the English faculty to refine and adapt the school’s curriculum. Ensure lessons align with CBSE/NCERT guidelines while incorporating modern pedagogical approaches. Stay updated on teaching trends and educational technology to enhance classroom experiences.
Student Support
Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on language development and academic growth. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves confidently in English.
Administrative Duties
Participate in weekly planning meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student progress. Assist in organizing extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates, poetry readings, or cultural events. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow within a well-regarded international school setting. A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required, though prior teaching experience is highly valued.
