TGT Chemistry Teacher Job in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal | School Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons for classes IX‑XII in line with the school’s curriculum, using practical demonstrations and laboratory work to enhance understanding. Assess student performance through tests, projects and assignments, and provide timely feedback. Participate in departmental meetings, co‑ordinate science fairs and contribute to extracurricular science activities.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary level. CTET/TET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong grasp of core Chemistry concepts and ability to manage a school laboratory safely.
Salary
Rs.24,000 – Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
