PGT Fine Arts Teacher Position at A M Abasik Mission School in Murshidabad
Teach senior secondary level Fine Arts at A M Abasik Mission School in Murshidabad, West Bengal. Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state education board standards, focusing on visual arts, craft, and design. Design and conduct hands-on workshops for students to explore traditional and contemporary artistic techniques.
Plan and evaluate student projects, ensuring creative expression while maintaining academic rigor. Collaborate with art department heads and subject coordinators to refine teaching methods and resource allocation.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or related discipline with at least four years of teaching experience. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification as per state norms. Experience in classroom management and student motivation is essential.
Teach daily classes, prepare lesson plans, and maintain student records as per school procedures. Participate in school events and competitions related to Fine Arts, fostering student engagement beyond classroom learning.
Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, discipline, and professional conduct. Work closely with parents to communicate student progress and artistic development.
Salary for this role is Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, with full-time employment in a supportive academic environment.
