A strong academic background in economics is essential, with a postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field as a minimum requirement. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification will be mandatory, and while TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be highly beneficial. Four years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a high school or equivalent institution, is expected to bring depth to your teaching approach.
