Lead department meetings to review student work samples, discuss common challenges, and share best practices in Evs pedagogy. Support teachers in using low-cost, locally available materials for Evs experiments and models.
Track Evs learning outcomes across NTT sections, maintaining progress charts and sharing quarterly summaries with parents during PTMs. Contribute to school-wide initiatives like Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan by planning awareness drives and cleanliness drives within the school campus. Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Elementary Education. Minimum five years of post-qualification teaching experience in Evs at the pre-primary or early primary level in a recognized school. TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Strong understanding of NTT pedagogy and child-centered learning approaches in Evs. Experience in designing thematic units and activity-based lesson plans for 3 to 6-year-olds. Familiarity with CBSE’s early childhood curriculum framework and continuous assessment practices.
