Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Teaching Hindi to classes as per the school curriculum and ensuring that students achieve the set learning outcomes.
Preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the state syllabus.
Monitoring student progress, maintaining records, and providing feedback to parents during parent‑teacher meetings.
Additional Responsibilities
Organising and supervising extra‑curricular Hindi activities such as debates, storytelling sessions, and cultural programmes.
Co‑coordinating with other faculty members to integrate Hindi themes into interdisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
At least two years of experience teaching Hindi in a school setting, preferably in West Bengal.
Compensation
Rs.13,000 – Rs.25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
