Qualifications and Experience
A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred for this role. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, having one will be an advantage. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in an elementary school setting, is required. Familiarity with school curriculum frameworks and basic classroom management skills are essential. Creativity, patience, and a strong foundation in art techniques are highly valued.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.13,000 to Rs.25,000.
