TGT History Teacher Position at Phoenix Sr. Sec. School, Kichha

This role focuses on delivering engaging history lessons across Class 9 to 12, aligning with the CBSE curriculum. Core Responsibilities
Plan and deliver history lessons covering topics from ancient civilizations to modern Indian history, ensuring alignment with school syllabi. Conduct regular classroom assessments to evaluate student comprehension and progress. Prepare and maintain detailed lesson plans, including teaching aids and activity-based learning materials.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to review and update the history curriculum as needed. Organize and participate in school events, such as history fairs or cultural programs, to enhance student engagement. Assist in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, or state-level history competitions.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in History or a related subject along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience in history or a relevant subject at the secondary level. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid teaching certificate is preferred.
The role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, along with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic, student-centered learning environment in Kichha.
