Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily sports activities, including intra‑school competitions and inter‑school meets.
- Maintain and upgrade sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with school leadership to integrate physical activity into the overall curriculum and extracurricular framework.
- Develop and implement training schedules for coaching staff and student volunteers.
- Prepare reports on participation, performance metrics, and resource needs for senior management.
- Liaise with local sports bodies and community organizations to arrange guest coaches, workshops, and outreach programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sports administration or related leadership roles.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
