Role Introduction

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons for classes IX to XII, following the NCERT syllabus and school guidelines. Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations and labs, ensuring safety and effective learning outcomes. Assess student performance through tests, quizzes and projects, providing timely feedback and remedial support where needed. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and school events, collaborating with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and student progress, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Contribute to co‑curricular activities, science fairs and Olympiads, encouraging student participation and achievement.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate qualification in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the secondary level. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of the English language and proficiency in using digital teaching tools. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire interest in scientific concepts.
Closing
