Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Physics lessons for TGT classes, preparing lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum and incorporate practical demonstrations.
- Design and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed and students grasp core concepts through hands‑on activities.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Organize and lead remedial sessions for students needing extra support, tailoring approaches to individual learning gaps.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects, enhancing the overall learning experience.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, presenting student progress and addressing concerns related to Physics learning.
- Contribute to school events such as science fairs and Olympiads, mentoring students in preparation and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Physics at the secondary level.
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification; CTET/TET preferred.
- Strong command of English and Hindi for effective classroom communication.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and maintain classroom discipline.
