Job Description
TGT English Teacher Position at Millennium World School, Moradabad
Millennium World School in Moradabad is looking for an experienced TGT English Teacher to join its dynamic academic team. This role involves shaping young minds through engaging English language instruction, fostering communication skills, and helping students develop confidence in literature, grammar, and creative writing. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for literature, a knack for making complex concepts accessible, and a passion for nurturing diverse learning styles.
In this role, you will plan and deliver structured English lessons tailored to students’ varying skill levels. Daily classroom activities will include grammar exercises, reading passages, poetry analysis, and interactive discussions to enhance comprehension and fluency. Your ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning paces will be crucial, ensuring every student feels challenged yet supported.
Assessment will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will design and conduct regular tests, quizzes, and projects to evaluate students’ progress in vocabulary, syntax, and written expression. Feedback sessions will help students improve, while periodic evaluations will guide your own instructional strategies. Keeping records of student performance and identifying areas needing extra attention will also be part of your workload.
A strong foundation in English literature, grammar, and teaching pedagogy is essential. While a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, prior experience in classroom teaching—especially in schools with a focus on English—will be highly valued. Your ability to connect with students, encourage participation, and create a positive learning environment will make a lasting impact on their academic growth.
If you thrive in a supportive yet challenging educational setting and are eager to contribute to Millennium World School’s mission of holistic development, this opportunity awaits. Your expertise in English will help students grow not just academically, but as confident communicators and thinkers.
