PGT Fine Arts Teacher Position at Millennium World School, Moradabad
Millennium World School invites experienced educators to join its fine arts faculty as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Moradabad. This role involves shaping creative minds through hands-on art instruction, curriculum development, and engaging students in visual and performing arts. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging art lessons covering painting, sculpture, digital art, and traditional crafts. Prepare interactive workshops to explore artistic techniques and cultural expressions. Assess students’ work through creative projects and portfolio evaluations. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate fine arts into interdisciplinary lessons.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update the fine arts curriculum to align with school standards and student interests. Organize extracurricular art clubs or competitions to encourage creativity and teamwork. Attend school meetings to discuss fine arts programs and share student progress updates. Ensure classroom resources, such as art supplies and digital tools, are well-maintained and accessible.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in school events like art exhibitions, cultural fests, or parent-teacher interactions to showcase student work. Conduct annual reviews of teaching methods and student performance to refine instructional strategies. Collaborate with higher education partners to explore advanced art courses or workshops for students.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related discipline. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with at least two years of teaching experience in fine arts. Preference may be given to candidates with a TET/CTET certification, though not mandatory. Strong knowledge of Indian art traditions and modern artistic movements is highly desirable.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000. This role is based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, with opportunities to contribute to Millennium World School’s vibrant arts program.
