Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive Computer Science lessons that align with the school’s teaching objectives.
- Develop practical projects, coding exercises, and laboratory activities to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in computer clubs, coding competitions, and technology fairs, encouraging participation and excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary technology initiatives across the curriculum.
- Maintain up‑to‑date teaching materials, resources, and classroom technology to support effective learning.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is required; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with educational software tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level, preferably in a school environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage a dynamic classroom.
- Experience with classroom technology, including laptops, projectors, and interactive whiteboards.
- Ability to inspire students to pursue STEM pathways and support their growth in coding and problem‑solving.
- Collaborative mindset, ready to work with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Compensation & Location
- Competitive salary range of Rs.30,000 – Rs.45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
