Golden Future Public School in Lucknow seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the sports and physical development programs for students. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing structured physical activities, fitness programs, and extracurricular sports events. The position involves ensuring compliance with school policies while fostering a healthy, active environment for all pupils.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting daily physical training sessions, organizing inter-house sports competitions, and maintaining equipment and facilities. You will also collaborate with school management to align sports programs with academic goals and student well-being. Ensuring safety protocols during activities and reporting any concerns related to student participation is essential.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. Prior experience in sports administration, coaching, or physical education management is preferred. Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh’s school curriculum and local sports regulations would be beneficial.
Strong leadership skills are required to motivate students and staff, along with excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules and resources efficiently. Familiarity with sports equipment handling and basic first aid knowledge is advantageous.
