NTT Hindi Teacher Position at St Francis School, Indirapuram
St Francis School | Indirapuram seeks an experienced Hindi teacher for its NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) role to support language development across grades. This role focuses on delivering structured Hindi instruction, fostering cultural literacy, and preparing students for competitive exams like CTET. The teacher will work closely with curriculum planners to ensure alignment with school standards.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily classes covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and comprehension for students from grades 1 to 12.
- Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods and interactive activities.
- Assessing students’ progress through regular tests, quizzes, and project-based evaluations to track improvement.
- Collaborating with the Hindi department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices with colleagues.
- Preparing students for board exams by offering focused revision sessions and sample paper practice.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and submitting reports as required by the school.
- Participating in school events, including cultural fests and language workshops, to promote Hindi as a vibrant subject.
Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least three years of teaching experience in Hindi are preferred. A graduate background with a passion for language education is essential. Salary for this full-time position ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
