TGT English Teacher Role at Modern School Noida
Modern School Noida seeks a dedicated TGT English Teacher to join its vibrant campus in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month for a qualified educator with at least four years of teaching experience. The role is designed for someone who thrives in an environment that values creativity, cultural diversity, and academic excellence.
The institution expects candidates to bring strong pedagogical skills to the classroom. With a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, you must demonstrate expertise in English language teaching, including grammar, literature, and communication skills. Your ability to engage students effectively—especially those in the secondary school range—is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly regarded.
This role requires more than just classroom instruction. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans that align with modern curriculum standards while fostering critical thinking and linguistic proficiency. Teaching practical skills like public speaking, debate, and creative writing will also be part of your responsibilities. Your experience in adapting teaching methods for diverse learners will be valued.
Modern School Noida values collaboration, so you’ll work closely with other teachers, parents, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Your ability to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture is critical. Additionally, you’ll participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities that enhance student growth.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about English literature, technology integration in teaching, and student development. A strong command of the language, both written and spoken, is non-negotiable. If you’re eager to contribute to a school that balances tradition with innovation, this could be the perfect opportunity.
