Student Engagement: Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore mathematical concepts independently. Organize extracurricular activities like math competitions or workshops to boost interest.
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field is essential. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred, along with at least four years of teaching experience, particularly in mathematics for classes I to VIII. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid teaching certificate would be an advantage.
Compensation and Location
