NTT English Teacher Position at Delhi Public International School in Sikohabad
Delhi Public International School in Sikohabad, Firozabad, invites applications for a full-time NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) English Teacher role. This position focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction to students while aligning with the school’s curriculum and academic standards. The role is ideal for motivated educators passionate about fostering communication skills and cultural awareness in young learners.
The primary responsibilities include planning and conducting daily English classes, covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and speaking/writing skills. You will assess student progress, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborate with the English department to enhance lesson plans. Participation in extracurricular activities like debates, poetry readings, or language clubs will also be expected. Additionally, you’ll assist in organizing school events, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Regular feedback sessions with students and parents will be part of your duties to support their academic growth.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least two years of teaching experience in English or a related subject. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. A strong command of English, both spoken and written, is essential, along with creativity in classroom management and a commitment to student development. Experience with modern teaching techniques and familiarity with school policies will be an added advantage.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international school setting in Sikohabad, Uttar Pradesh.
