PRT Music Teacher Job in Ajay International School, Basti, is looking for an enthusiastic educator to lead music classes in Harraiya. This role involves teaching foundational music concepts to students in a dynamic classroom setting, blending creativity with structured learning. You will design engaging lessons that introduce rhythm, melody, and basic instruments, ensuring students develop a lifelong appreciation for music.
As a PRT, your daily responsibilities will include planning and delivering music sessions tailored to different age groups. This means creating interactive activities that encourage participation, whether through singing, playing simple instruments, or listening to diverse musical styles. Your ability to adapt lessons to engage students will be key to fostering a positive learning environment.
You will assess students’ progress through practical evaluations, such as singing accuracy, instrument handling, and participation in group activities. Feedback will be given both verbally and through written notes to track improvements. Your role also includes maintaining a well-stocked music room with instruments and resources, ensuring everything is accessible for lessons.
Collaboration with other teachers and parents will be essential. Sharing insights on student progress and discussing music-related events with the school community will help reinforce learning beyond the classroom. Your passion for music and patience in working with diverse learners will shape how students experience this subject.
This position offers a salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with the opportunity to grow in a supportive educational setting. If you have a graduate degree in music education or a related field and at least three years of teaching experience, we’d like to hear from you.
