- Mentor and guide junior teachers and teaching assistants, sharing best practices in instructional strategies and classroom management.
- Integrate modern educational technology, such as interactive simulations and virtual labs, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in curriculum review meetings, contributing insights on Physics topics and pedagogical approaches.
- Coordinate inter‑school competitions, science fairs, and extracurricular projects related to Physics, encouraging student participation.
- Maintain laboratory safety standards, ensuring proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
