Additional Duties
Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine teaching methods and resources. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum updates and student progress. Occasionally assist in organizing extracurricular math clubs or competitions to foster a deeper interest in the subject.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary education. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. Experience in classroom management and student motivation is highly valued.
