Maintain a structured classroom routine, ensuring timely transitions and a supportive learning atmosphere.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and review lesson plans, ensuring they incorporate modern teaching methods and assessment techniques. Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss student performance trends and curriculum adjustments. Support extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions, to encourage academic enthusiasm.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct periodic evaluations to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Organize parent-teacher interactions to discuss student performance and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with school policies on curriculum implementation and student welfare.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in a high school or equivalent setting. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics in students are essential.
Salary and Location
The successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
