To qualify, a postgraduate degree in Psychology with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in psychology or related subjects, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for nurturing young minds are equally important.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs.44,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a vibrant academic environment in Khordha.
