Kamal Pratishthans Mount Litera School invites applications for a PRT Hindi Teacher role to join its Mulshi campus. This is a full-time position focused on nurturing young learners through engaging Hindi language instruction, blending traditional teaching methods with modern pedagogical approaches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi lessons across different grade levels, ensuring students grasp fundamental grammar, vocabulary, and literary concepts. Daily classroom management will include creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. Lesson planning will involve designing curriculum-aligned activities that reinforce comprehension, expression, and cultural appreciation through Hindi.
You will also conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help identify areas where additional support is needed. Participation in school events and extracurricular activities related to Hindi will be expected, including organizing cultural fairs, poetry recitals, or language workshops. Collaboration with other teachers and administrative staff will be key to fostering a cohesive educational experience.
Maintaining parent-teacher interactions through updates, meetings, or communication channels will ensure transparency and support for student development. Attendance at professional development workshops or training sessions will help stay updated on teaching best practices and educational trends. Ensuring compliance with school policies and maintaining a positive, professional attitude toward colleagues and students is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects is required, preferably in a school setting. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Salary for this role will be in the range of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
