The Lexicon Schooll, a leading institution in Pune, Maharastra, is seeking a dynamic Academic Coordinator (Whole Schooll Academic Coordinator). This Academic Coordinator role with an attractive ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month offers the opportunity to oversee curriculum planning, teacher training, and student performance across all classes.
Role Overview:
Lead academic planning for pre-primary to senior levels.
Coordinate assessments, reporting, and co-curricular alignment.
Train teachers in instructional strategies and technology integration.
Analyze learning outcomes and suggest improvements.
Support school events and parent communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
Post Graduate (M.A./M.Sc. + B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 4 years in academic coordination or HOD-level role.
Leadership, mentoring, and data-driven management skills.
