You will oversee special education policies, collaborate with teachers and parents, and develop tailored support plans. Your responsibilities include coordinating special needs services, ensuring compliance with educational guidelines, and mentoring support staff. You’ll also attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss individual student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Previous experience in special education administration or working with inclusive classrooms is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a passion for equity in education are essential.
Proficiency in handling documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders will be key. Experience in managing budgets for special education programs is a plus.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, with the opportunity to shape Royal Heights’ approach to inclusive learning in Rajgarh.
