Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments and oral examinations, and maintain accurate records.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and visual material to enhance classroom interaction.
Coordinate with senior staff to align Sanskrit teaching with overall academic goals.
Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address concerns.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
TET/CTET qualification preferred but not essential.
Skills and Attributes
Good command of Sanskrit language, both spoken and written.
Ability to explain basic grammatical concepts to young learners.
Classroom management skills appropriate for primary students.
Proficiency in using basic educational technology for lesson preparation.
