Position summary
Koncep Public School in West Singhbhum, Jharkhand is looking for a full‑time TGT Hindi Teacher. The role involves delivering the Hindi curriculum to secondary classes, preparing students for board examinations and fostering a love for language and literature.
Reporting and scope
The teacher will report to the Head of Department (Hindi) and work within the school’s academic team.
Core duties
Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes IX‑XII, aligning with the state board syllabus.
Create and evaluate formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Develop supplementary teaching materials, including worksheets, project guides and multimedia resources.
Maintain classroom discipline, encourage active participation and nurture critical thinking through discussions and debates.
Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, school events and co‑curricular activities that promote Hindi culture.
Stay updated with pedagogical best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods where appropriate.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
CTET/TET qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.21,000 – Rs.38,000 per month.
Location: West Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
