Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons on various Mathematics topics to students of different age groups and abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Plan and implement engaging and interactive Mathematics activities, projects, and experiments to promote student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Participate in school events, activities, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field (M.A., M.Sc) and a B.Ed. degree. Additionally, a valid TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The selected candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to middle and secondary school students.
