This full-time position requires a graduate with at least two years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between students, parents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include greeting visitors and parents with a friendly demeanor, managing appointment bookings and inquiries, and assisting with document handling and filing. You will also coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, distributing school notices, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and communications. Ensuring the smooth flow of foot traffic in and out of the school premises is essential, along with handling cash transactions and managing petty cash. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, a background in education administration would be highly beneficial. Good communication skills in both English and the local language are essential, along with proficiency in basic office software like Microsoft Office.

The role also demands reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
