Job Description
PGT Urdu Teacher Position at Rising Institute Of Scientific Education
The Rising Institute Of Scientific Education in Shangas, Anantnag, invites applications for a PGT Urdu Teacher role to join its academic team. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs.28,000 to Rs.35,000, with a graduate degree as the minimum qualification.
A graduate with at least two years of relevant teaching experience is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for classroom engagement.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and conduct advanced Urdu language classes for higher secondary students. Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, ensuring alignment with state education standards. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback.
Additional Duties
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum updates. Collaborate with other subject teachers to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Assist in organizing cultural or literary events that promote Urdu language and culture. Maintain updated records of student performance and attendance.
