NTT Mathematics Teacher Position at Rising Institute Of Scientific Education in Shangas, Anantnag
Rising Institute Of Scientific Education invites experienced candidates to join as a Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) for Mathematics in its Shangas campus in Anantnag. The Mathematics NTT at Rising Institute Of Scientific Education will be responsible for planning and conducting daily classroom lessons aligned with the state curriculum. Daily lesson preparation, including worksheets, problem-solving exercises, and interactive activities, will be a key part of the role. The teacher must assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and practical assignments to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Collaborating with the mathematics department to design unit-wise teaching plans and ensuring smooth coordination with other subject teachers is also essential. The NTT will maintain a structured record of student performance and contribute to the development of supplementary learning materials. Regular attendance at departmental meetings and participation in school-wide academic events will be expected. The role requires adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning levels and ensuring a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Candidates with a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field are preferred. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, will be highly beneficial. While TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, having it can be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mathematics education.
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000. The role is based in Shangas, Anantnag, within Jammu And Kashmir.
