Role Summary
The VICE PRINCIPAL at Oxford International School Purulia will support the Principal in steering academic excellence and overall school management in Purulia Sadar. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative processes and ensure compliance with West Bengal education regulations.
- Supervise non‑teaching staff, conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development.

- Assist the Principal in budgeting, resource allocation and procurement of school supplies.
- Oversee examination administration, result compilation and reporting to the education board.
- Lead initiatives for infrastructure upkeep, safety drills and emergency preparedness.
- Foster community engagement by liaising with parents, local authorities and NGOs.
- Prepare periodic reports on academic progress, co‑curricular activities and school performance.
Who Can Apply
Must Have: Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration or related leadership role, B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, and a postgraduate degree. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have: Experience in managing school-wide programs, familiarity with state education policies and a record of effective team leadership.
