- Prepare and deliver curriculum aligned with state guidelines and school’s inclusive ethos.
- Organize school concerts, cultural events and community performances in Jamuria, Paschim Bardhaman.
- Provide individualized support for students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Evaluate student work using formative and summative methods that respect diverse abilities.
- Collaborate with class teachers and special educators to integrate music across subjects.
- Maintain classroom resources, instruments and digital tools for interactive learning.
