The reality of this role

What you will actually do
1. Design lesson plans aligned with the West Bengal curriculum.
2. Deliver lectures using multimedia and real‑time case studies.

4. Lead the school’s Model United Nations team.
5. Coordinate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
6. Mentor students in research papers and presentations.
7. Organise guest talks by local policymakers.
8. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
Who can do this job
Post‑graduate in Political Science or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required. Minimum four years of teaching experience. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
