Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling or student guidance in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian higher‑education streams and entrance requirements.
Good to Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is advantageous though not mandatory.
- TET/CTET certification preferred for understanding of school systems.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with students, parents and external agencies.
- Leadership qualities to drive counselling initiatives and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in organising events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
