What You Will Do
1. Oversee daily setup and shutdown of lab computers, ensuring all machines are ready for use.
2. Maintain inventory of hardware and software, ordering replacements or upgrades as needed.
3. Provide technical support to students and faculty, troubleshooting common issues quickly.
4. Schedule and conduct regular system backups and security checks to protect data.
5. Coordinate with the school administration to align lab usage with academic schedules.
6. Train new users on basic software applications and lab protocols.
7. Prepare reports on lab usage, incidents, and maintenance activities for senior management.
8. Manage the procurement of consumables like printers, cables, and peripherals.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and basic networking is essential. Knowledge of school IT policies is a plus. B.Ed or D.El.Ed not required for this non‑teaching position.
