Role Summary
The Sanskriti School seeks a dynamic VICE PRINCIPAL to support the principal in steering academic excellence and overall school management in Bhopal. What You Will Do
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with state education regulations.
- Lead the planning and execution of co‑curricular and extracurricular programmes.
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor academic performance and implement improvement plans.
- Manage student discipline, attendance records and welfare initiatives.
- Supervise recruitment, induction and professional development of support staff.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on school performance to the principal and board.
- Handle parent‑school communication, addressing concerns and promoting community engagement.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation and infrastructure maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Graduate degree (any discipline) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in school administration or leadership.
Good to Have
- TET/CTET qualification preferred.
- Experience in managing school operations in Madhya Pradesh.
