Day-to-Day Duties
Design interactive English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and student needs.
Conduct daily classes focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Organize storytelling sessions, debates, and drama activities to boost engagement.
Assess student progress through regular tests, quizzes, and creative assignments.
Collaborate with senior staff to refine teaching methodologies and classroom management.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and academic concerns.
Who Can Apply
Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Completion of B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory for all teaching positions here.
A minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience is required.
Proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent presentation skills.
Prior experience in primary or middle school teaching is highly preferred.
Understanding of child psychology and modern pedagogical techniques is beneficial.
