Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging English lessons to classes 6–8.
2. Prepare lesson plans aligned with the state syllabus.
3. Assess student progress through quizzes and assignments.
4. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
5. Integrate technology and multimedia tools into teaching.
6. Coordinate with senior teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
7. Provide timely feedback to students and parents.
8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
Who Can Step In Quickly
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed, minimum one year of teaching experience, and a strong command of English. TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a background in curriculum design or educational technology are encouraged to apply.
