Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary contact for parents, students, and external partners regarding sports activities. Provide regular updates on performance, achievements, and upcoming events.
Team Leadership
Supervise junior sports coordinators and support staff. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing coaching on best practices.
Reporting
Prepare monthly performance and budget reports for senior management. Highlight key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for resource allocation.
