Planning and Curriculum Development
Develop and update lesson plans based on student needs and school policies. Collaborate with the academic team to integrate physical education into broader school activities. Ensure curriculum covers a range of sports, including team games, individual disciplines, and health-related activities.
Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a role model for students, promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude toward physical activity. Provide guidance on sports techniques, nutrition, and the importance of regular exercise. Address individual student needs, including those with special requirements, to ensure inclusive participation.
Coordination and Event Management
Organize school sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges. Work with other teachers and administrative staff to plan extracurricular activities. Ensure smooth execution of events, including registration, logistics, and evaluation of participant performance.
Administration and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of student progress in physical education. Assist in preparing reports for parents and school authorities regarding student performance. Ensure compliance with school policies and guidelines related to physical education teaching and extracurricular activities.
