Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging History lessons that align with the state curriculum and promote inquiry-based learning.
- Incorporate diverse resources—archives, multimedia, and primary documents—to make history vivid and relevant.
- Assess student progress through varied methods, providing constructive feedback that encourages deeper exploration of historical themes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular projects, enhancing students’ holistic educational experience.
- Mentor junior faculty and support professional development initiatives within the department.
- Participate in school events, seminars, and community outreach that celebrate historical heritage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-graduate degree in History or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Strong command of Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Location
- Salary range: Rs.45,000 – Rs.80,000 per month.
- Full-time position based in Narnaul, Mahendragarh, Haryana.
