Responsibilities
Teaching
Deliver engaging English lessons to classes in Barwala, Hisar, ensuring curriculum objectives are met.
Plan instructional activities, prepare lesson plans, and use varied teaching methods to cater to diverse learners.
Assessment
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to senior faculty as required.
Student Support
Offer guidance to students on academic and personal matters related to English studies.
Encourage participation in class discussions, debates, and extracurricular English activities.
Coordination
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects involving English.
Assist in organizing school events that promote language skills and cultural awareness.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in an English medium setting.
Salary
Rs.12,000 – Rs.22,000 per month.
