Barwala Public Sr. Sec. School in Barwala, Hisar is looking for a dedicated Peon who will also take responsibility as a Hindi teacher. This full‑time role blends administrative support with classroom instruction in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of classrooms, corridors, and common areas, ensuring a safe and conducive learning space.
- Assist teachers in setting up and dismantling classroom materials, including boards, projectors, and audio‑visual aids.
- Deliver Hindi lessons to students, preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, literature, and composition in accordance with the curriculum.
- Conduct assessments, record attendance, and prepare reports on student progress in Hindi.
- Coordinate with school administration on supply requisitions, inventory management, and maintenance of school facilities.
- Support extracurricular activities, especially those related to Hindi language and culture, such as debates, poetry recitals, and cultural festivals.
- Perform general duties such as handling school correspondence, managing visitor logs, and ensuring timely delivery of school communications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar dual role.
- Holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong command of Hindi, both written and spoken, with the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to school maintenance.
Compensation and Location
- Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.20,000 per month.
- Position based in Barwala, Hisar, Haryana.
