Job Description
Responsibilities
You will teach Hindi as a core subject to students from Class I to XII, ensuring alignment with the curriculum prescribed by the Haryana Board. Daily lesson planning will focus on grammar, vocabulary, literature, and comprehension, tailored to each grade’s learning stage. Classroom management will include engaging students through interactive methods, discussions, and practical exercises to maintain focus and participation.
You will prepare and deliver structured lessons, including worksheets, assignments, and oral assessments, to reinforce learning. Regular progress tracking will involve evaluating student performance through quizzes, essays, and oral presentations, while providing constructive feedback. Collaboration with other teachers will ensure cohesive teaching strategies for Hindi across different grades.
Eligibility
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or an equivalent subject with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as a minimum qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an advantage.
Salary and Employment
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000. The role is based in Hisar, Haryana, with no additional relocation benefits mentioned. The contract will be for a fixed tenure as per school policies.
