TGT Mathematics Teacher Position at Gav International School, Gurugram

Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive mathematics lessons tailored to students’ varying skill levels. Prepare engaging classroom activities, visual aids, and hands-on experiments to reinforce concepts. Monitor student progress in real-time and provide immediate feedback to address understanding gaps. Maintain a structured yet flexible approach to lesson planning, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources to reflect evolving educational trends and student needs. Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends. Ensure compliance with Gav International School’s academic policies and assessment guidelines.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend regular faculty development workshops to enhance teaching techniques and subject knowledge. Conduct periodic student evaluations and adjust teaching methods based on feedback to improve learning outcomes. Participate in school-wide events or competitions related to mathematics to encourage student participation and showcase teaching excellence.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly are essential.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month, along with a conducive work environment in Gurugram, Haryana. This position offers a full-time commitment with opportunities to grow within the institution’s dynamic academic community.
